60-Second Review | Samsung BlackJack II

What: Samsung BlackJack II for AT&T

Features: Includes Microsoft Windows Mobile 6, TeleNav GPS Navigator, 2 megapixel camera, jog wheel and QWERTY keyboard. It has a 2.4-inch LCD screen, runs on AT&T's 3G network and will work with AT&T Video Share.

Retail price: $349.99

Ups: It's easy to understand the menu navigation, and the wheel makes it quick to scroll through items. The wheel also acts as the volume control when viewing media, which is convenient. It comes with many interesting applications, such as one that lets you subscribe to RSS feeds and another that lets you watch streaming video of shows like The Office or watch live coverage from MSNBC. There is also a shortcut key to take you directly to your messages.

Downs: The keys are too small for my taste. I'm usually a pretty fast texter, but the key size slowed me down.

Bottom line: If you are an impatient person, you'll probably get annoyed with the size of the keys. But it just takes some getting used to. Other than that, this is a great smartphone with many helpful and fun applications.
